Elmer Butch Kittle II is our Pastor. Butch is a
biblical leader because he is a servant of the body at RTC; he is the
local shepherd over the flock. He teaches with clear and
understandable messages to encourage growth in the body through prayer
and time spent in the Word. He has been married to his wife Barb for
43 years and together they have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. He
also works full time as an electrician.

Barbara
Kittle is not just the pastors wife, she is an essential part of our
pastoral team. She is a certified counselor with a caring heart. Barb
is known as a great listener, an uplifting encourager, and the person
you go to for advice.

Elmer
Butch "Butchie" Kittle III is the our Associate Pastor as well as the
Youth Pastor. He is also our local handyman, engineer, and musician
filling in where there is a need. He has been married to his wife
Audrey, who wears many hats at RTC herself, for 14 years and they have
2 kids.

Tara
Walczak is our Children's Director. She oversees the Sunday School
(with some help of course). She and her husband Brian have 2 kids. She
is also a very talented baker making all sorts of custom cakes.

Kaneallia is the Music Director at RTC. She leads the band in song
next to her husband Steve who plays guitar and sings. Kaneallia is
also a student at EMU studying education.

Katina Cadzow is the head of the drama team at
RTC. Tina has already directed many successful plays and continues to
do skits every month as well as bigger events throughout the year. Her
husband Don is always helping out and also works on the sound team.
Tina comes from a background of working with youth and so it isn't
uncommon to see many young faces in the skits on Sundays or at one of
our
RTC Partys.

Karissa Kordie and her husband David run
HeBrews Coffee House
here at RTC. The coffee house features hundreds of hot and cold drinks
including "Downrivers Best Smoothies".
